Police injustices and violence, we are fed up !!!

The police are supposed to represent peace, justice, and respect.

They are the guardians of the peace and must inspire confidence in the citizens.

For several years we have faced police checks that turned into drama.

Whether in the United States, France or Montreal, the police no longer inspire confidence in the population.

Racism, violence, brutality, excess of power, loss of control ... so many words that should not be associated with the police.

We live in a time when police brutality has been trivialized.

I wanted to write this article when I saw the poignant testimony of the family of Cédric Chouviat, who died during a police check in Paris.

Let’s unite and ask for justice, but in a good way !

Do not fight violence with violence.

Breaking shops, throwing shots at police, or insulting them will not help us do justice to all of these missing people.

In the United States, demonstrations and violence on the streets have been going on for 5 days in reaction to the death of George Floyd, an African American killed by the police in the city of Minneapolis.

«I can't breathe anymore» «I have pain»...

The video of his arrest went around social networks, and therefore around the world.

Protests and riots multiply across the country.

On social networks, Internet users, from the United States and elsewhere, demand "justice for George", George Floyd, a new symbol of police violence against black Americans.

Don’t forget that he isn’t the only victim of police violence.

Now is the time to protest this kind of injustice.

Let us unite without violence but against violence.
