Brain Food

What we feed our bodies directly impacts how our brains operate. What foods accelerate your mind? For me, lunch is the most important meal of my day. I need to have protein, vegetables and fruit to give me energy to last through the work day and I need to have a full stomach to take my medication. 


What we eat effects us physically and emotionally. When I eat heavy carbs, I tend to feel down and sluggish and it’s also harder to metabolize. Eating lean gives me a boost of energy and keeps me light on my toes.
