Tips that have helped me stay sane during this quarantine.
1. Focus on your relationship - work on making your relationship foundation strong before adding to it. To see tips to keep your relationship alive in quarantine click here
2. Prep - use this time to get your birth plan together, pack your hospital bag, start ordering necessities and getting your nursery together.
3. Relaxation - make time each day to do something for your mind like mediation, yoga, take a bath, or go for a walk.
4. Control what’s in your control- so much is out of our control at this point so focus on what you can control. Stay healthy, exercise, maintain a healthy diet, and get enough sleep.
